Message from Missy

Our first swim meet was terrific!  I am so proud of all of our kids.  They swam their hearts out and did really well.  It was a lot of fun and I hope that next year we can attract a bigger DMS Fan group.  Seriously, some of the schools we were up against were loud and pushy. We have big plans on how we can show our team spirit next year!

I apologize for having to postpone our annual Spring Parent Work day.  For our new
parents, Parent Work Day is a fun day where we do projects around the school
such as playground maintenance.  Kids are welcome and your help is much appreciated in keeping our school looking beautiful!

We are having so much interest in our school from new families and
people interested in our new summer Desert Scholars program that I have been
swamped.  A great reason to be swamped for sure!

Our Annual Raffle comes up this month, so please show your school spirit and sell raffle tickets!

We are sad to be losing two of our staff members at the end of the
school year.  Miss Kristen and Miss Amy have decided to take a break from teaching toddlers.  We wish them well and thank them for all of their hard work.

The sixth graders are getting ready for their graduation day.  We are so proud of them. Congratulations to all of the kids on being accepted into their school of choice.  Brogan, Delaney, Emma, and Oscar are all heading to SF Prep and Aidan joins his sister at Desert Academy!
